Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

Laboratory Corporation of America hereby amends Item 2.02 of its Current Report on Form 8-K (Date of Report: July 25, 2019) as follows:

Balance sheet heading has been amended to June 30, 2019 from March 31, 2019.

For the six months ended June 30, 2018, Net (earnings) loss attributable to noncontrolling interest has been amended to $0.4 million from ($0.3) million and Net earnings attributable to Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings has been amended to $407.0 million from $406.3 million.

No other amounts have been amended in the document as filed.
