On November 26, 2012, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") in which the Company announced that it would be holding a conference call to discuss its results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2012 on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).
