On March 8, 2010, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) in which the Company announced, among other things, a “Risk Free” Promotion that the Company is offering on suit or sportcoat purchases that are made from March 8, 2010 through March 28, 2010. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
