                              Third Quarter Results


     HAMPSTEAD, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2005--JoS. A. Bank Clothiers,
Inc. (Nasdaq National Market: JOSB) announces that it will host a conference
call to discuss and answer questions about the Company's fiscal third quarter
2005 results. The conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on
Monday, December 5, 2005, the same day the Company expects to report its
operating results for the fiscal third quarter of 2005.
