EQUITY METHOD INVESTMENT	EQUITY METHOD INVESTMENT The Company had one equity method investee, which was sold during the fourth quarter of 2016. The Company's share of the net profits and losses of the unconsolidated affiliate are reported as equity in net earnings or losses of unconsolidated affiliate in our statement of operations. For the three-month period ended March 31, 2017, the equity in the net income of an unconsolidated affiliate was zero compared to $33,000 for the three-month period ended March 31, 2016. The proceeds received from the sale are considered in the calculation of the gain on sale of investment in unconsolidated affiliate in our statement of operations. For the three-month period ended March 31, 2017, the gain on the sale of investment in unconsolidated affiliate was $733,000, related to the liquidation of remaining assets affiliated with the partnership.
