SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT Effective March 1, 2014, the Company assumed operations of one skilled nursing center in Huntsville, Alabama. The 135-bed nursing center is expected to produce annual revenues of $10.5 million and annual rent expense of $1.2 million.
