LONG-TERM DEBT:

In January 2016, the Company paid $12.7 million to retire outstanding debt for ACB.

In January 2016, SJG issued $61.0 million of long-term debt at an average interest rate of 1.37% under a $200.0 million aggregate syndicated bank term facility. The facility is now fully drawn. The total outstanding amount under this facility as of March 31, 2016 is $200.0 million.

The Company did not issue or retire any other long-term debt during the three months ended March 31, 2016.
