On February 16, 2016 South Jersey Industries, Inc. (SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26375 per share. The dividend is payable April 4, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 17, 2016. A copy of the press release of February 16, 2016 announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
