13. Commitments and Contingencies

As of December 31, 2013, our Company leased its corporate office located at 2280 Lincoln Avenue, Suite 200, San Jose CA 95125 under a lease with a term beginning on February 1, 2011 and extending through April 2014. Future annual lease amounts due under our lease agreement for our fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 total: $43,920. Of the date of this filing, this obligation has been satisfied.
