Subsequent events Effective May 11, 2012, the Company entered into a Share Cancellation Agreement with Clifton Leung, a director and shareholder of the Company, pursuant to which Mr. Leung agreed to the cancellation of 500,000 shares of Company common stock held by him. This summary of the Share Cancellation Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the agreement which is filed as an exhibit to this report
