Our business presently consists of two segments – the North American Territory and the Foreign Territory. The Company’s operations in the North American Territory consist primarily of brewing and marketing proprietary craft beers. For distribution in the North American Territory, we brew our brands in our own facilities, which are located in Ukiah, California and Saratoga Springs, New York. Our operations in the Foreign Territory, which are conducted through UBIUK and KBEL, consist primarily of the marketing and distribution of Kingfisher Premium Lager Beer in the Foreign Territory.
