Intangible Assets, Net	Note 9. Intangible Assets, Net The Precision Metal Components Segment has an indefinite lived intangible asset not subject to amortization of $900 related to the value of the trade names of Whirlaway. The intangible asset balance is tested for impairment on an annual basis during the fourth quarter and between annual tests if a triggering event occurs. There are no indicators of impairment for this indefinite lived intangible asset as of September 30, 2013.
