Effective April 29, 2013, Christine King was appointed to the QLogic Corporation Board of Directors. The election of Ms. King was reported under Item 5.02 of the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on May 1, 2013. The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that on May 23, 2013 the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Ms. King to serve on the Compensation Committee, effective May 23, 2013.
