(b) On November 19, 2007, QLogic Corporation (“QLogic” or the “Company”) announced that Anthony J. Massetti, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, announced his resignation from the Company effective upon completion of the fiscal third quarter regularly scheduled earnings announcement in late January 2008.
