QLogic Announces Approval of New Stock
Repurchase Program for $200 Million
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., November 6, 2007 — QLogic Corp. (NASDAQ:QLGC), a leader in networking for storage and high performance computing (HPC), today announced that its board of directors has authorized a new program to repurchase up to $200 million of the company’s outstanding common stock over the next two years. This action taken by the company’s board of directors at a regularly scheduled meeting follows the company’s most recent $300 million stock repurchase program adopted in April 2007.
