Related Party Transactions During the six months ended September 30, 2013, the Company paid $304,000 to Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital, Inc. in connection with the restructuring of the discontinued operation. A member of the Company’s Board of Directors, is a Co-President and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital, Inc.
