Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 12, 2007, Dominion Homes, Inc. (the “Company”), announced its sales and closings for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
