Short Term Investments	NOTE I – SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS Short-term investments at June 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011 include U.S. Treasury Bills totaling $65.0 million that mature through December 13, 2012. The weighted average interest rate on the U.S. Treasury bills is less than one percent. The investments are classified as held-to-maturity and recorded at cost. The fair value of the U.S. Treasury Bills at June 30, 2012 approximated cost.
