Dividends and Distribution Payable	Note 7 – Dividends and Distribution Payable On September 4, 2019, the Company declared a dividend of $0.57 per share (and distributions per unit) for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. The holders of limited partnership interests in the Operating Partnership (“OP Units”) were entitled to an equal distribution per OP Unit held as of September 30, 2019. The dividends and distributions payable were recorded as liabilities on the Company’s condensed consolidated balance sheet at September 30, 2019. The dividend has been reflected as a reduction of stockholders’ equity and the distribution has been reflected as a reduction of the limited partners’ non-controlling interest. These amounts were paid on October 11, 2019. Dividends per share (and distributions per unit) declared for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 were $0.54.
