EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	9. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company has a 401k and Profit Sharing Plan (the “Profit Sharing Plan”) in which substantially all employees may participate after three months of service. Contributions to the Profit Sharing Plan by participants are voluntary. The Profit Sharing Plan allows for matching and discretionary employer contributions. In addition, the Company may make additional contributions at its discretion. The Company did not contribute to the Profit Sharing Plan during the fiscal years ended February 28, 2022 and February 28, 2021.
