MAJOR SUPPLIERS	For the year ended February 28, 2021, purchases from the Company’s top supplier, Egide USA accounted for 18% of the Company's total purchases of production materials. Other suppliers that represented more than 10% of total purchases were Wuxi Streamtek, which accounted for 13% of total purchases, SemiDice, which accounted for 10% of total purchases, and CPS Technologies, which accounted for 10% of total purchases. For the year ended February 29, 2020, purchases from the Company’s top supplier, Egide USA, accounted for 18% of the Company's total purchases of production materials, and all other suppliers were individually less than 10% of purchases.
