SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On March 1, 2021, the Company entered into a Commercial Contract with 901 Sansbury LLC to purchase a facility and real estate property in West Palm Beach, Florida for a purchase price of $4,200,000. Subject to due diligence, the Company expects to close the transaction on April 15, 2021, unless extended. Assuming the Company closes the contract, it expects to begin making the necessary improvements to the property in order to completely relocate its manufacturing operation and corporate headquarters later in the 2021 calendar year.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
