OTHER INCOME During the fiscal year ended February 28, 2014, the Company recognized approximately $163,000 of other income including $167,000 of income from the settlement of outstanding debt partially offset by $4,000 of other expense attributable to receivables adjustments. During the fiscal year ended February 28, 2013, the Company recognized approximately $254,000 of other income including $221,000 of income from the settlement of outstanding debt plus approximately $33,000 of other income attributable to receivables adjustments.
