EXERCISE OF STOCK OPTIONS:	12. EXERCISE OF STOCK OPTIONS: During the three months ended August 31, 2012, a Director of the Company exercised 8,000 common stock options with an exercise price of $.75 each. The options were granted on May 16, 2005, vested on May 16, 2006, and were due to expire on May 16, 2015.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
