(b) Departure of Certain Officers
 
On September 21, 2007, James A. Cochran informed TurboChef Technologies, Inc. ("TurboChef") of his decision to transition out of his role as Chief Financial Officer effective not later than December 31, 2007. Until such date, Mr. Cochran is expected to continue to serve as TurboChef’s Chief Financial Officer and the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer. It is anticipated that following this transition, Mr. Cochran will remain employed by TurboChef in a full-time role, which will be determined prior to December 31, 2007. As a result, Mr. Cochran would be available to assist his successor to the extent requested or necessary, ensuring a smooth and orderly transition. TurboChef is beginning the process of considering Mr. Cochran’s successor and expects to make an announcement in the near future.
