ITEM 8.01    OTHER EVENTS

TurboChef Technologies, Inc. signed a Master Purchase Agreement with Starbucks Corporation for the supply of speed cook ovens for a market test. Any additional purchases under the agreement would be subject to the success of Starbucks’ hot foods initiative and its discretion.
