Albemarle Corporation (the “Company”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide the Technical Report Summaries (“TRS”) relating to the lithium mineral resources and reserves at the Company’s Greenbushes property, Wodgina property, Salar de Atacama property and Silver Peak property, its bromine mineral resources and reserves at the Company’s Jordan Bromine Operation and Magnolia property, and the related qualified person consents. The TRS and related qualified person consents filed as exhibits hereto will be incorporated into the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 by reference to this filing.
