Beazer Homes Announces Closing of Offering of $350 Million Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029

ATLANTA — September 24, 2019 — Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH) (the “Company”) announced today the completion of its previously-announced offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 7.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). The Notes were offered in a private offering that was exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).

The net proceeds of the offering, together with borrowings under a new senior unsecured term loan facility and cash on hand, will be used to finance the repurchase of all of the $500 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 8.75% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “2022 Notes”).
