Pursuant to Rule 461 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, Beazer Homes, USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and each of the co-registrants listed on Schedule I hereto (the “Subsidiary Guarantors”), respectfully request that the effective date of the above-referenced Registration Statement on Form S-3 be accelerated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) to January 5, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or as soon as practicable thereafter.
In connection with the foregoing request for the acceleration of the effective date of the Registration Statement, the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors acknowledge that:
    should the Commission or the Staff, acting pursuant to delegated authority, declare the filing effective, it does not foreclose the Commission from taking any action with respect to the filing;
 
    the action of the Commission or the Staff, acting pursuant to delegated authority, in declaring the filing effective, does not relieve the Company from its full responsibility for the adequacy and accuracy of the disclosure in the filing; and
