Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE I—CONTINGENCIES From time to time, the Company may become involved in litigation relating to claims arising from its ordinary course of business. In addition, as is typical in the semiconductor industry, the Company has been and may from time to time be notified of claims that the Company may be infringing patents or intellectual property rights owned by third parties. The Company currently believes that there are no claims or actions pending or threatened against it, the ultimate disposition of which would have a material adverse effect on the Company.
