During the third quarter of 2016, the Company completed the acquisition of a private company in Asia which the Company had previously invested in and acquired the remaining 86% of the equity of that company, bringing its holding to 100%. The net fair value of the assets acquired and the liabilities assumed, on the date of acquisition, was as follows:
