Subsequent Events	17. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2012, Hurricane Sandy severely impacted the Northeastern United States. Due to the recentness of this event, the Company is unable to estimate the amount of losses at this time. However, the Company anticipates that this event will adversely impact fourth quarter 2012 and full year 2012 financial statements.
