RETIREMENT PLAN	NOTE 11. RETIREMENT PLAN The Company has a 401(k) defined contribution savings plan (401(k) Plan). The 401(k) Plan is for the benefit of all qualifying employees and permits voluntary contributions by employees up to 60% of base salary limited by the IRS-imposed maximum. Employer contributions were $0.3 million, $0.2 million and $0.2 million for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
