Share repurchases during the first six months of 2017 primarily consisted of shares repurchased from stock plan recipients in lieu of cash payments. We did not repurchase any common shares during the first six months of 2017 under a Board authorized repurchase plan. At October 31, 2016, we had approximately 6.6 million common shares available for repurchase pursuant to the Board’s authorizations.
