Related Party Transactions	(12) Related Party Transactions Daniel Croteau, who has been a member of the Company’s board of directors since December 16, 2015, is the Chief Executive Officer of Vention Medical, Inc., a customer of the Company. Sales to Vention for the six-months ended June 30, 2016 were approximately $248,000. Open accounts receivable from Vention were approximately $49,000 at June 30, 2016.
