Related Party Transactions	(20)Related Party Transactions On December 16, 2015, Daniel Croteau was appointed to our board of directors. Mr. Croteau is also the Chief Executive Officer of Vention Medical, Inc., a customer of the Company. Sales to Vention subsequent to Mr. Croteau joining the board were approximately $5,000. At December 31, 2015, accounts receivable due from Vention were approximately $33,000 and total sales to Vention for the year ended December 31, 2015 were approximately $540,000.
