On September 6, 2024,  ParkerVision, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release which reported that the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued its opinion in ParkerVision v. Qualcomm.   A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
