Other Events.

 

The registrant today disclosed that on March 17, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Registrant authorized an amendment to the Registrant’s bylaws (the “Bylaws”). The amendment will revise Section 2.2 of the Bylaws to decrease the size of the Registrant’s Board of Directors from 14 to 12 directors. The amendment will not become effective until April 22, 2009, the date of the Registrant’s 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
