REVENUE AND MAJOR CUSTOMERS

The Company designs, manufactures, markets, and sells headsets for business and consumer applications, and other specialty products for the hearing impaired.  With respect to headsets, it makes products for use in offices and contact centers, with mobile and cordless phones, and with computers and gaming consoles.

No customer accounted for more than 10% of net revenues for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2015 or 2014.

One customer, Ingram Micro Group accounted for 10.1% of total net accounts receivable at December 31, 2015. One customer, D&H Distributing, accounted for 11.1% of total net accounts receivable at March 31, 2015.
