On July 25, 2007, TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (“TriQuint”) issued a press release and held a conference call announcing its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2007. The press release included obsolete information regarding the replay of TriQuint’s conference call with investors to discuss the June 30, 2007 financial results.
