(collectively with its wholly owned subsidiaries, the “Company”) provides a comprehensive portfolio of advanced, high-performance radio frequency ("RF") solutions. The Company designs, develops and manufactures high-performance RF solutions with gallium arsenide ("GaAs"), gallium nitride ("GaN"), surface acoustic wave ("SAW") and bulk acoustic wave ("BAW") technologies. The Company serves customers worldwide in the mobile device, network infrastructure and defense & aerospace markets. The Company is a high-volume supplier of active and passive components and provides integrated solutions.
