Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE G - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Fund has entered into agreements to dispose of the interest, or a portion of the interest, in five Operating Partnerships. The estimated disposition price and other terms for the dispositions of the Operating Partnerships have been determined. The estimated proceeds to be received for the Operating Partnerships are $85,944, the estimated gain on the sale of the Operating Partnerships is $70,433, and the disposition are expected to be recognized in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2012.
