Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On May 3, 2017, we entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Thinklogical Holdings, LLC (Thinklogical) for a purchase price of $160.0 million. Thinklogical designs, manufactures, and markets high-bandwidth fiber matrix switches, video and keyboard/video/mouse extender solutions, camera extenders, and console management solutions. Thinklogical is headquartered in Connecticut. The transaction will be financed with cash on hand and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2017, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
