     On April 21, 2010, Miguel J. Rosenfeld resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Terremark Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Rosenfeld resigned for personal reasons in order to pursue other opportunities and not because of any disagreement with the Company.
