Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company purchases recycled metal from its joint venture operations at prices that approximate fair market value. These purchases totaled $5 million and $3 million for the three months ended May 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively, and $11 million and $9 million for the nine months ended May 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively.
