To whom it may concern,
Pursuant to articles 9 and 10, paragraph 2 of the Securities Market Law (18,045), and the provisions of General Norm 30 of the Superintendence, and in the exercise of the powers bestowed upon me, I hereby inform you as a significant event that the Board of Directors of Enersis S.A., in its extraordinary meeting held today, has decided to contract IM Trust, as independent appraiser of the capital increase, due to its high technical and professional competence and its renowned prestige on these matters as well as its independence, in compliance with Title XVI of the Chilean Companies Act.
I hereby inform that Enersis’ Board of Directors is searching for an additional independent appraiser in compliance with article 147 of the Chilean Companies Act (“Ley de Sociedades Anónimas”).
