Equity-based awards that have an anti-dilutive effect on the calculation of diluted income (loss) per common share from continuing operations are excluded from diluted income (loss) per common share, including diluted income (loss) per common share from continuing operations and discontinued operations. For the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022 and 2021, 2.3 million, 5.1 million and 5.6 million shares, respectively, of Common Stock from equity-based awards were excluded from the computation of diluted earnings per common share for these periods, as including them would have had an anti-dilutive impact.
