Subsequent Event Currently, the United States is experiencing one of its worst droughts in 50 years, which is threatening crop production of corn, wheat and soybeans. The Company is continuing to monitor its exposure to the drought conditions on a state by state basis. The Company is currently assessing its future incurred losses related to the ongoing drought, but information as of August 2, 2012 is uncertain and not sufficient to arrive at a reasonable estimate.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
