LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Jan. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Astoria Financial Corporation (NYSE: AF) ("Astoria", the "Company"), the holding company for Astoria Bank ("the Bank") today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its January 26, 2015 Board Meeting, established May 27, 2015 as the date for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and set March 30, 2015 as the voting record date.
