On July 1, 2014, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Astoria Financial Corporation (NYSE: AF), announced that it expects to report second quarter 2014 earnings on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at approximately 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). The Company also announced that Monte N. Redman, President & CEO of Astoria, will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
